I.Equipment Overview
1)This machine is strain controlled, used to measure the maximum ambient pressure 3.0MPa, the maximum diameter Ø101mm soil sample. The strength and deformation characteristics of the triaxial shear force test in the axial static load conditions can undrained the shear (UU), the undrained shear (CU) .
2)Performance and advantages: This machine is the machine using the automatic protection function to avoid misuse and damage to the machine and accessories, axial force and displacement of all automated records and displays axis force-displacement curve print form.
Confining Pressure Inlet Valve:Open this valve,close confining pressure valve,Turn off this continuous advance and retreat of the piston cylinder several times cylinder retreated to the bottom of the water filled cylinder exhaust valve open the valve of the confining pressure.

Instrument operation:
1.Connect power,reduce connection board to lowest location,install pressure chamber,fix it on the connection board after steady.
2.Put impervious edit,specimen,impervious board,specimen cap on the pressure chamber ordinal,the rubber membrane to the sleeve outside in the sample with the receiving die, and both ends of the rubber membrane with a rubber band, with the base and the sample cap respectively fastened
3.Raise to the top of the pressure chamber cover piston,put down pressure chamber cover,the position aligned with the center of specimen,and to evenly tighten dock connector,filled with pure water to pressure chamber,when top of pressure chamber have water come out,tighten vent,and the displacement sensor is aligned with the bearing block on the top cover of the pressure chamber.
4.First coarse connection board rise, when displacement sensor contact contact bearing block fine-tune connection board rise until the shaft beat the head gravity sensor following briquetting contact, and axial force value is displayed, stop connection board raise,Clear zero with displacement and force load cell.
5.Open confining valve,applied around pressure(Prior to the test to ensure no bubbles in the confining pressure pressurized tanks and piping)
Do concretion,No dewartering test:Open the pore water pressure valve and burette valve,exhaust and drwatering pore water pressure systems and pressure chamber bottom ,close pore water pressure valve and burette valve,The pressure chamber turn put permeable base plate, wet filter paper samples, wet filter paper, permeable board posted flooded around the sample filter strips 7 to 9. The sleeve rubber membrane with the Order of the film in the specimen, and the lower end of the base of the rubber membrane with a rubber band tightly enclosed. Open the valve and the amount of pore water pressure pipe valve, water slowly flows from the bottom of the sample to exclude air bubbles between the sample with a rubber membrane, close the valve and the amount of pore water pressure pipe valve. Open the drain valve, water-filled sample cap on permeable board, fastened with a rubber band to the top of the rubber membrane with sample cap, reduce drainage pipes, the water in the tube located in the center of the sample below 20 ~40cm gettering For the remainder of the specimen with a rubber membrane between water, close the drain valve. Need to determine the stress-strain relationship of soil should be placed between the sample and the permeable plate sandwiched between two layers of circular rubber membrane with silicone grease, film intermediate should be left 1cm diameter round hole drainage.
Safety and Precautions:
1.Operation machine operator Do not close in front of the machine, especially in the axial force increases away from the pressure chamber, to prevent rupture of the pressure chamber or eject.
2.Machine must connect ground wire,Please do not drop water on the machine parts when test.

Care and Maintenance:
1. After the test, the pressure chamber wipe clean about the surface is coated with a thin layer of anti-rust oil.
2. Please outlet all the water in water tank and pressure cylinder if long time no used.
3. Reducer, sprockets and other transmission parts coated with oil lubrication on a regular basis.
