●It adopts PLC microcomputer programming, with a rotatable visual control interface. Speed and temperature can be set with one click. It is equipped with automatic fault detection and alarm prompts. The operation is simple and convenient.
● Automatic fabric feeding device: It keeps a certain vertical arc between the fabric and the conveyor belt to convey the fabric in a tension-free state. The electric eye monitors the fabric release without tension to prevent the fabric from being pulled and deformed. The electric eye monitors the machine to stop when there is no fabric.
● Steam internal circulation: There is no steam leakage. The steam box and the drying box are all equipped with high-temperature aviation aluminum plates as the dripping and heating supplementary insulation layers. The aluminum plates heat up quickly and evenly. The exhaust gas and condensate water from the steam box are recycled to the drying box, where they are heated by mica heating plates to generate steam again, thereby increasing the temperature inside the box, keeping the steam dry without dripping, and achieving energy-saving effects.
● Heating temperature: It adopts a multi-channel temperature module for temperature sensing control, achieving precise temperature control and excellent constant temperature effect. The steam temperature can be adjusted according to the shrinkage rate requirements of the fabric, with an adjustable range of 125℃ to 230℃, and it can replenish heat quickly.
● Cooling device: It adopts a powerful suction cooling system, which can completely cool and set the fabric.
● Hot air drying device: It keeps the oven at a constant temperature, maintains uniform temperature and does not damage the fabric.
● Electronic code counter: Accurately measures fabric length and shrinkage rate; The measured data can be imported through communication network connection. The code and meter can be converted with one click. It can stop at a fixed length. It is equipped with an infrared sensor and will automatically stop counting when there is no fabric.
