1. This machine is composed of three parts: steam pre-shrinkage and shaping, drying and shaping, and strong air cooling and shaping.

Three frequency converters protect the motor from overload and overvoltage, with variable frequency speed regulation ranging from 0 to 50 yards per minute.

2. Tension-free automatic fabric feeding for mesh belts: Maintain a certain vertical arc between the fabric and the conveyor belt, and convey the fabric in a tension-free state to prevent it from stretching or deforming.

3.  Heating device: The upper and lower ends adopt electric heating and steam circulation. The all-aluminum mica heating sheet provides secondary heating for the steamer, does not drip water, and the fabric is dry and soft.

4. Infrared electronic eye sensor. The machine stops when there is no fabric. When no fabric is fed in, the electronic eye sensor automatically stops.

5. The steam temperature can be adjusted according to the fabric requirements, ranging from 125°C to 230°C, with quick heating

6. Cooling device: A powerful suction cooling system is adopted, which can completely cool and set the fabric.

Thickened aluminum plates are used as the drip separator and insulation separator. The aluminum plates heat up quickly, receive heat evenly and have good insulation effect.

7. Fabric unloading device: Fold the fabric into a sheet of fabric through the arrangement frame, or roll it up neatly with the roller.

8. Code counter: Accurately measures fabric length and shrinkage rate;

This machine is equipped with a Teflon high-temperature mesh belt and an automatic deviation correction device with an electric eye to extend the service life of the mesh belt.
