Purpose:

Small hot-melt bonding machine, stable, efficient and longer service life. Use the enlarged double glue stick to apply pressure on both sides at the same time to make the pressure more uniform. The heater is distributed scientifically and effectively, the temperature is more uniform, and the bonding effect is better. 1. Automatic deviation adjustment of conveyor belt

2. The temperature is uniform, and the temperature difference of each part of the heating area is not greater than 8 degrees;   

3. The pressure of the rubber roller is stable, and the pressure is uniform within the full width of the tape;   

4. Stable mechanical transmission, low noise, maximum noise not exceeding 65 dB;   

5. Power off hand crank mechanism is provided to protect the tape from burning in case of power failure;   

6. The temperature, pressure and speed can be adjusted within the specified range as required;   

7. It can be equipped with cloth releasing and winding device, which is suitable for bonding the whole roll of fabric.
