Structure Principle:
1. Rack: rack is installed on the column, and four adjusting screws are installed on the base.
2. Sliding seat: set on the column, the internal gear and rack on the column form a gear pair, rotate the feed handle to make the sliding seat move up and down along the column.
3. Gearbox: it is fixed on the sliding seat, and the main shaft is equipped with a drill bit, which moves along with the sliding seat to achieve the purpose of drilling.
Matters Needing Attention:
1. When drilling, the resistance should be small and the cutting should be stable. The feed speed is about 4-5m / min. when the drilling is nearly finished, the drilling will vibrate due to the change of cutting force. At this time, the feed speed should be reduced appropriately. When the cutting is finished, the drill should be quickly lifted until the cutting edge is out of work, and the drilling machine and water source should be shut down.
2. Sufficient water cooling must be maintained throughout the drilling process
3. When the drill is rapidly lifted during drilling and after drilling, it is not allowed to stop. When the drill is just out of work, stop the spindle rotation and then lift the drill.
4. During drilling, if the bit is found stuck, the bit should be quickly lifted for a section, and then slowly drilled in, and the bit should not be damaged by hard drilling.
5. If the temperature of the motor exceeds 70 ℃ during drilling, it should be stopped temporarily and used after cooling.
6. Turn the switch button and turn the operating handle in a positive direction to make the drill bit contact the concrete surface slowly. After the drill bit is put into the groove, the drill can be pressurized.
7. If during drilling, the bit can not be drilled and the diamond part on the bit surface is not exposed completely, cutting with strong abrasion materials (such as firebrick, grinding wheel, etc.) is required. When the diamond on the bit surface is exposed completely, the hand mold surface layer is rough before drilling.
