Main purpose:
According to the latest national standard GB/T 2812-2006 "Safety helmet test method" developed by the helmet, it is used to test the impact absorption performance of the helmet and the puncture performance test of the helmet. It is widely used in the supervision and inspection stations of special labor protection products and building scientific research. Hospitals, construction engineering inspection stations, power departments, and helmet manufacturers.
Main indicators:
● Impact drop hammer: quality 5-5.01kg, hammer head is hemispherical, radius 48mm, material is 45# steel
● Puncture cone: The mass is 3—3.05kg, the puncture part cone angle is 60°, cone tip diameter 1mm, length 40mm, maximum diameter 28mm, hardness HRC45
● Drop height: 1000mm, drop height adjustable
● Force measuring system: using dynamic force sensor, measuring range 0-20KN, frequency corresponding to minimum 5kHz, full-scale range within ± 2.0%, accurate to 1N
● Equipped with 1# and 2# aluminum-silicon alloy test headforms each (according to the provisions in GB/T 2812-2006 Appendix A)
● Electromagnetic release point can be adjusted as required
● Bench: Suspension and release of impact drop hammer and puncture drop hammer are controlled by electromagnet
● Base: With impact strength, can firmly install the load cell
● Piercing alarm device: When the puncture cone contacts the die, the device will send a whistle alarm while flashing
● LED digital display, accurate to 1N, automatically save the maximum force value;
