Helmet Test Equipment

According to the safety helmet GB/T2812-2006, GB 2811-2019 production, mainly used for safety helmet flame retardant performance test. It is widely used in special labor protection equipment supervision and inspection station, building science research institute, construction engineering quality inspection station, power department and safety helmet production enterprises.

Main characteristics:

1. Automatic ignition of burner pulse.

2. The helmet support head mold can be up and down, forward and backward, in order to adapt to different sizes of the helmet.

3. The sample rack electric control automatic movement, automatic close to and withdrawal from the burner.

4. Continued burning time, smouldering time are automatically recorded, digital display.

5. Flame height can be adjusted, and configured flame height ruler.

Measurement and control system:

1.The overall control system adopts PLC+ touch screen control structure. All related operations can be performed on the touch screen.

2. Touch screen real-time display test state, such as pulse ignition state, motor state, solenoid valve state and so on.

3. PLC Mitsubishi PLC, built-in large capacity RAM memory, faster running speed.

4. The ignition time can be set by the touch screen, and the default time set last time is saved automatically.

5. The configuration of self-test function, such as equipment failure, touch screen automatic fault alarm and prompt fault devices and phenomena.

Main indicators:

1.Bracket: can firmly clamp the helmet, ensure the stable position in the test, automatic movement to adjust the distance between the helmet and the flame ejector head.

2.Timer: indicates the error of ±1%, range 0-999.9S, used to record the continued burning time.

3.Timer: indicates the value error ±1%, range 0-999.9S, used to determine the flame applied to the helmet time.

4.Flame height: 50±2mm, and the configuration of flame height 50mm ruler.

5. Flame jet head: horizontally placed fuel nozzle, inner diameter 10mm.

6. Fuel supply device: pressure regulating valve, gas regulating valve, gas storage tank device, can ensure the flame ejecting head stable ejecting 50mm length of blue flame.

7. Power supply: 220V 50HZ 100W.

8. Gas source: industrial methane (supplied by the customer).
