Product introduction:
Adhesive Tape Holding Power Test Equipment is also called tape retention tester. It is a test adhesive tape, protective film, self-adhesive, label, foam, adhesive and other adhesive products industry. It has automatic memory function for test piece drop time. The operator monitors during the test; the structure is beautiful and easy to operate.
Testing method:
1. Place the testing machine on a solid tabletop and keep the machine in a horizontal position;
2. Press the RESET button of the timer to reset it to zero;
3. The tape to be tested is taken to a certain length and placed on the attached test piece. The test piece is made of #304 mirror steel plate, and then cleaned with a steel plate cleaner. Use a roller machine to press the tape so that the tape is evenly adhered to the test piece (generally 1" x 1"). This method prepares ten sets of test pieces;
4. Place 6 sets of adhesive sheets with good adhesive tape (posted for 20 minutes) and hang them on the hooks in the test machine;
5. Take the 6 pieces of the connecting piece under the tape on the test piece, and the switch of the timer will automatically start timing while hanging, and the power of each timer is independent;
6. When the tape is detached, the timing is automatically stopped and the tested time is retained, and the tape is kept for the adhesive time or the sliding displacement;
7. Be sure to reset the timer to zero before each test.
