The manual beating degree tester is mainly used to measure the suspended water rate of diluted pulp, which is a conventional laboratory instrument with mature structure and clear technical requirements.
The manual structure is adopted to control the instrument by manually operating the wrench. The power source of the instrument is mainly the adjusting hammer (the lifting speed is adjusted by adjusting the weight of the hammer). The lifting of the instrument is realized by the gravity of the heavy cone. Therefore, the operation of the instrument is very simple.
The spring pre tightening mechanism is adopted to make the rubber sealing ring of the sealing hammer closely combine with the bottom of the water filter, which increases the sealing performance of the sealing hammer.
