The applicable standard for the fully automatic acid value tester is GB/T264-83 GB/T7599-87 GB258-77, which is used for analyzing and measuring the acid value of samples such as transformer oil, turbine oil, and fire-resistant oil.
Acid value is the number of milligrams of potassium hydroxide required to neutralize acidic substances in 1 gram of oil, expressed in mgKOH/g oil. It is one of the indicators that should be strictly controlled in oil quality.
This instrument utilizes a combination of mechanical, optical, and electronic technologies, and uses a microprocessor to automatically switch between multiple samples, titrate, determine titration endpoint, and print measurement results. The system is stable, reliable, and highly automated. It can be widely used in fields such as electricity, chemical industry, etc.

4. Adopting the principle of neutralization method, the addition, titration, stirring, and determination of titration endpoint are automatically completed at room temperature using microcomputer control. The LCD screen displays the measurement results and can be printed out. The entire process takes about 4 minutes;
5. Use reagent bottles to hold the extraction and neutralization liquids. The reagents do not come into contact with air during use, avoiding solvent evaporation and the influence of CO2 in the air.
