Technical performance:
Automobile Interior Material Flammability Burning Tester is mainly composed of a control box and a combustion box.
1. Combustion box: Material stainless steel.
2. Combustion system: Burner: The inner diameter of the torch is 9.5±0.5mm, equipped with a needle valve, which is convenient for adjusting the gas flow rate and the flame height. The flame height can be adjusted from 20mm to 100mm according to the standard requirements, and the flame height gauge (38mm) is equipped. The instrument is also equipped with an electronic igniter for automatic ignition.
3. Timing system: timers: 3 timers, namely, flame application timer, combustion timer, and afterflame timer.
Timer setting: 0~99.99/S/M/H can be set at will.
4. Test fixture: made of corrosion-resistant metal plate, equipped with a dust box.
5. Observation window: The front of the combustion box is an observation window made of heat-resistant tempered glass, which is convenient for observing the combustion changes during combustion.
