Introduction:
The measurement and control system adopts high-precision digital servo valve with force closed-loop control function, which can achieve equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading, high control precision and good reliability. It fully meets GB/T 17671 "Cement sand strength test method (ISO) Method) requires the use of microcomputer to achieve electronic measurement, automatic completion of compressive strength test, automatic calculation and printing report, widely used in construction industry and cement production enterprises.
Hydraulic system:
This machine adopts double oil cylinder, which has high control precision and high measurement precision. The hydraulic oil in the fuel tank drives the high-pressure pump into the oil passage through the motor, and flows through the check valve, the high-pressure oil filter, the differential pressure valve group, the servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder to achieve constant-speed test force control.
Force measurement system:
1. Using high-precision amplifier and A/D converter, the whole process does not divide the file, real-time display load, peak, loading speed and intensity;
2. Adopt PID closed-loop control strategy to achieve constant speed loading and display loading curve in real time.
3. Automatic interval timing and continuous test;
4. Very convenient to query and print test results;
