How to use it:
1. According to the predicted number of fabrics, the magnification of the lens is selected and installed in the eyepiece frame of the instrument
2. According to the color of the fabric, the color of the vernier glass is selected, and one of the three colors is selected to facilitate the inspection and counting.
3. During operation and measurement, the instrument should be placed on the fabric to be tested. The height of the lens should be adjusted approximately parallel to the warp and weft of the fabric to make the field of vision imaging clear. Lift the top surface of the instrument with the left hand, turn the adjusting knob with the right hand to make the scoring line in the lens align with the zero position, and then reverse the adjustment knob to visually count the number of warp and weft yarns per unit length, that is, the fabric density.
Maintenance:
1. Always keep the instrument. When the lens is blurred, wipe it with regular script lens paper. Do not touch with hands and collide with other objects lens and lens roughening.
2. The tip of two screws on the bottom surface of the instrument shows the bottom plane, so that the fabric can be inserted into the instrument to limit the movement keep sharp and avoid placing on hard flat objects.
