Application:
It is used to test the electrostatic properties of fabrics after frictional charging under laboratory conditions, and also to test the anti-static performance of anti-static clothing and anti-static fabrics, as well as the review of labor safety certification and production licenses. Suitable for Class A and Class B anti-static overalls.
Standards: FZ/T01060 GB12059 GB/T12703 GB/T12104, etc.
Instrument characteristics:
Rub the sample with a specified friction material, charge the sample, measure the potential of the sample after the Faraday tube is put, and convert it into the amount of charge per unit area.
1. The fixed device is composed of a friction device and a potential device
2. The friction device includes friction rods, pads, pedestals and insulating rods
3. The potential measuring device consists of a Faraday tube, capacitor and potentiometer
4. Placement: Faraday tube: ground, electrostatic potentiometer: experiment table (or desktop)
