Machine overview:
This testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Article 22.7 of IEC60245.2, GB5013.2, GB2951.21, JB4278.3 and other standards for the mechanical strength bending test of rubber plastic finished wires and cables. It is used for conducting bending tests on rubber plastic wires and cables with a nominal cross-sectional area of no more than 4 mm2 and a core count of no more than 18.
Purpose:
This instrument can select multiple test loads to meet the different testing requirements of wire and cable production enterprises and inspection departments for dynamic bending tests of flexible wires such as wires and cables.
Test method:
Take a test piece about 7m long and twist the middle section onto two circular wheels of the specified diameter. Apply a load to both ends of the test piece and connect an electric current. Then, move the circular wheel at a speed of 0.33m/s and a stroke of 1m to make the test piece bend and stretch back and forth. When the wire is broken or the set number of times is reached, the machine will automatically stop and the test piece will be removed to evaluate its bending resistance. Used to detect the degree of damage of rubber insulated and sheathed flexible cables under dynamic load after a certain number of bends.
