About Lab Rubber Mould Vulcanizer Machine
This vulcanizer uses Mobil 32# antifreeze hydraulic oil with a maximum pressure of 30 tons. The main body is composed of a molding mold and a precision guide column. It is divided into a frame structure of upper and lower double-layer templates. The upper template is heated and the lower template is cooled. High temperature material, the surface is deep-layered carbonization, hard chromium treatment and other processes, high corrosion resistance and hardness. When the product is vulcanized and formed, the oil pump motor stops working, with automatic pressure compensation and shutdown delay to maintain pressure. The deflation time and number of times, pressure and temperature can be set arbitrarily, manual and automatic working modes, easy to operate and reliable durable.
