Recently, we have customized a double-layer heating water-cooled flat vulcanizing machine with a layer height of 120mm based on the characteristics of the special product samples provided by the customer. This model is designed to meet the molding needs of customers for thin rubber products. It achieves independent temperature control in both upper and lower layers within a limited space, with temperature uniformity controlled within ± 2 ℃. Double layer heating plate synchronous operation, combined with rapid water cooling and cooling process, can not only ensure the accuracy of vulcanization molding, but also greatly shorten the single-mode cooling cycle, suitable for the production of small and precise special products for customers. Today, the equipment has completed complete machine debugging and is about to be shipped and delivered, providing customers with customized molding solutions that better meet their process requirements.
