Summary:
The desk plastic UV accelerated aging weathering tester can simulate the water exposure aging test of non-metallic materials such as paint by sunlight, Rain Water and dew. The harm caused by materials, because ultraviolet ray in sunlight is the main factor that causes the oxidation degradation of polymers, and moisture is the important damage factor to accelerate aging, so this device has the characteristics of simulating outdoor exposure aging quickly and simply.
The tested materials are tested in a cycle of light and moisture at a certain temperature. UV uses days or weeks of testing to reproduce hazards that occur outdoors for months to years. Hazard types include: fading, discoloration, loss of light, powdering, cracking, turbidity, blistering, embrittlement, strength decay and oxidation. It is of practical value to test the relative weathering resistance of different specimens.
