Full-automatic dumbbell specimen making machine is mainly used for the preparation of dumbbell specimen, including nonmetallic plastic pipes, sheets aluminum, magnesium, etc.
It has the characteristics of simple operation, fast speed, convenience, and the preparation of standard specimens with stable dimensions. It is particularly suitable for specialized equipment used by pipe production enterprises, product quality supervision and inspection institutes, building science research institutes, etc. for the preparation of standard specimens for functional and performance testing of plastic materials.
This machine adopts a three-axis control working principle, using high-precision screw and stepper motor to drive a high-speed spindle motor with a drilling and milling cutter head for external cutting, which can meet the accuracy level required in the standard.
This machine is capable of making following specimens:
Dumbbell specimen for plastic pipe tensile test: ISO 6259-2 type 1, ISO 6259-3 type 1, ISO 6295-3 type 2
Dumbbell specimen for plastic tensile test:ISO 527-2 type 1, ISO 527-3 type 2
Rectangle specimen for HDT and other tests
