2. The performance of the Mooney viscometer is used to measure the processing performance of rubber materials. Mooney viscosity is small, and the rubber material has good fluidity during processing; The Mooney viscometer can also measure the scorching time of rubber materials, which is the time to test the safe processing of rubber materials.

3. The performance of the vulcanizer is to measure the entire vulcanization characteristics of the rubber material, and the testing temperature is the same as the vulcanization temperature of the rubber material. The vulcanizer obtains a complete vulcanization curve, on which the positive vulcanization point can be seen, which is the positive vulcanization time of the rubber material obtained. High torque is related to hardness and tensile strength.
