Usage and Composition
(1) This equipment is applicable to the determination of non-delay performance of wires under direct combustion of prescribed sources.
(2) The equipment consists of control cabinet, vertical air chamber, horizontal air chamber, combustion nozzle, solenoid valve, high-pressure igniter, wire sample fixture, gas pipe, gas source, internal and external flame regulator, signal control line. The whole process of the machine is fully automatic, such as: electronic ignition, stop-fire time, combustion time, combustion times can be automatically completed.
Application
This machine is applied to test the fire resistance of PE, PVC and SRPVC.

UL1581, VW-1 of UL1581, UL758, UL13, UL444, UL1655 and FT-1 of CSA.
The Technical Performance of Equipment
(1) All technical indicators meet the UL1581 standards.
(2) High purity liquefied petroleum gas is used for combustion gases.
(3) Nozzle inner diameter: 9.5mm
(4) Metal shield: 305mm * 355mm *610mm
(5) The vertical combustion test is tested by wire and cable length: 457mm
The horizontal combustion test was tested on wire and cable length: 610mm
